In compliance with Legislative Decree. June 30, 2003 no. 196 (Testo Unico Privacy) and subsequent variations, we are to provide the necessary information regarding the processing of personal and possibly sensitive data, in our possession. The policy does not apply to other websites that may be accessed through links on the owner’s domain websites, and the owner is not responsible in any way for the websites of third parties. Thus, during access to the Site, data resulting from the user’s browsing alone can be distinguished from data voluntarily rendered by the user in connection with certain purposes. Data resulting from user navigation The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties allow users to be identified. Method of processing – Storage
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by individuals specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of Articles 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/03. Data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.
Scope of communication and dissemination
The data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated except within the limits expressed in the following statement acquired consent, may instead be disclosed to companies contractually linked to LUCCIOLE NELLA NEBBIA, abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of Art. 42 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the scope and limits provided by Art. 43 and 44(b) of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories: individuals who provide services for the management of the information system used by LUCCIOLE NELLA NEBBIA and telecommunications networks (including electronic mail); firms or companies as part of assistance and consulting relationships; authorities responsible for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. Individuals in the above categories act as Data Processors, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers. The list of any responsible parties is continually updated and available at the office from the MOONFLIGHTS IN THE FOG. Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with explicit consent.
Nature of conferment
The provision and consent to processing, are optional, but necessary to be contacted by the data controller. Interested parties may assert their rights as expressed in Art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Leg. June 30, 2003 no. 196 by contacting the data controller.
Changes to the privacy policy
The owner reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The person concerned is required to periodically check this page for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the disclosure will contain an indication of the date of publication on the site. Use of the site after the publication of the changes will constitute acceptance of the changes.
