In osservanza al D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n. 196 (Testo unico Privacy) e successive variazioni, siamo a fornire le dovute informazioni in ordine al trattamento dei dati personali ed eventualmente sensibili, in nostro possesso. L’informativa non è da considerarsi valida per altri siti web eventualmente consultabili tramite links presenti sui siti internet a dominio del titolare, che non è da considerarsi in alcun modo responsabile dei siti internet dei terzi. Durante l’accesso al Sito si possono quindi distinguere i dati derivanti dalla sola navigazione dell’utente, dai dati resi volontariamente dall’utente in relazione a determinate finalità. Modalità del trattamento – Conservazione
Il trattamento sarà svolto in forma automatizzata e/o manuale, con modalità e strumenti volti a garantire la massima sicurezza e riservatezza, ad opera di soggetti di ciò appositamente incaricati in ottemperanza a quanto previsto dagli artt. 31 e segg. D.Lgs 196/03. I dati saranno conservati per un periodo non superiore agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti e successivamente trattati.
Ambito di comunicazione e diffusione
I dati, oggetto del trattamento, non saranno diffusi se non nei limiti espressi nella seguente informativa acquisito consenso, potranno essere invece comunicati a società contrattualmente legate al LUCCIOLE NELLA NEBBIA, all’estero all’interno dell’Unione Europea, in conformità e nei limiti di cui all’art. 42 del D.Lgs. n. 196/2003. Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196 In compliance with D.Lgs. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the websites of the owner, which is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties. During the access to the Site, it is therefore possible to distinguish the data deriving from the user’s navigation only, from the data voluntarily provided by the user in relation to certain purposes. Methods of treatment – Storage The processing will be carried out in an automated and/ or manual form, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects of this specifically appointed in compliance with the provisions of art. 31 et seq. D.Lgs 196/03. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.
Scope of communication and dissemination The data, subject to processing, will not be disclosed except within the limits expressed in the following information acquired consent, may instead be communicated to companies contractually related to LUCCIOLE NELLA NEBBIA, abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of art. 42 of D.Lgs. n. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within and within the limits provided by art. 43 and 44 lett. b) of D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories: entities that provide services for the management of the information system used by LUCCIOLE NELLA NEBBIA and telecommunications networks (including electronic mail); studies or companies within the framework of assistance and advisory relationships; competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, on request. The subjects belonging to the above categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. Nature of the transfer The provision and consent to the processing, are optional, but necessary to be contacted by the data controller. The interested party may assert their rights as expressed by art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003. by contacting the data controller.
